食べログを始める前、2007年11月
滋賀県長浜に旅した時の古いレビュー。

ひこにゃんで有名な彦根に本店がある、
鮎の佃煮や鮒ずしの店である。
食事処と土産売場に分かれている。
食事処では
あゆ雑炊セットが人気。
鮒ずしはなれずしで、
発酵臭が凄いと有名、
どんなものか試してみたかった。
一日長浜を歩いてみて分かったのは、
鮒ずしを売る店はたくさんあるが、
皆一匹単位でしか売っておらず、
試し買いに小分けで売ってくれる店はなかなかない。
ようやくここ「あゆの店きむら」で
小分けで買えることがわかり、お試しで購入。
ついでに隣にある「小牧かまぼこ」
で実演揚げたてのたこ天・いか天・紅しょうが天を買って、
家でどちらも酒のつまみにした。
こわごわ初めて食べた
鮒ずしは思ったほどくせはなく、
やはりブルーチーズの味。
長時間の運転から解放された夜に、
酒がよく進むいいアテであった。
これなら次回は一匹買いでOK。
