長浜駅の琵琶湖畔に構える北びわこホテルグラツィエ内にあるこちらのイタリアンレストランへ訪問しました。
祝日17時30分の訪問で先客4割程度。
コース料理のスタジオーネ(8800円/人前)を注文しました。
予約時に、連れが妊娠で生ものが食べられない旨を伝えたところ、連れの料理のみ要望通りしっかり調理してくれました。
どの料理もシェフのこだわりが感じられるアレンジの利いた品々ばかり。
店員さんも丁寧できめ細かい接客だけれども、決して敷居が高くなく、適度にカジュアルな雰囲気で居心地の良いお店です。
また、特別な日に使わせていただきます。
