北国街道の宿場町はいつもインターを出て左折。
今回は右折で、木之本の古い街を訪れてみました。
その存在は知っていましたが、敷居が高そうでいけませんでした。
おそるおそる扉を開けるとまさに高級な料亭です。
それもそのはず、平成天皇が皇太子時代に美智子妃殿下と来られている写真が。
すごいお店です。
料亭は昆布締めの鯖寿司。比べる意味で焼き鯖鮨も頼みました。
いやぁ甲乙つけがたい美味しさです。
京都のあの店より美味しいかも？
お庭の景色も相まって、優雅な気分になりました。
