の高級鯖寿司食べたくて
次々お客来て注文してから１０分程待つ感じ
コロナの影響でイートインスペース閉鎖してたので
外で頂きました
ちょっと包む時に特選と極上を入れ間違いそうになってたのが・・ええーーってなりましたが・・・
極上と元祖のハーフ頂きました
ハーフでも６切れ
１切れがデカいのでハーフ１つで十分満足量
上から見た感じ違いがわかり難い
艶が違うかな
横から見ると厚みと色が違います
極上は味がかなり濃い
お酒と合わせてチビチビ食べる向き
元祖は極上に比べてあっさり
シャリとネタのバランス良く
食事ならこちらの方が美味しいかも
旅行に来たらちょっと贅沢には良い感じ
地元だったら高いなーって思ってしまう感じですね
