I went to this restaurant for lunch today. This restaurant is the winner of The Tabelog Award 2024 Bronze. I made a reservation by phone about two months ago. If you ask, they will pick you up and drop you off at Makino Station. The owner of this restaurant is Kensuke Sayo. Please refer to the article about this restaurant below. Auberge is run by Uouji, which has been inheriting the taste of Shiga's traditional food, funazushi, for over 230 years and serves one group per day. It was completely destroyed by Typhoon 21 in September 2018, but was rebuilt in 2021 and made a new start. Drinks are: ◯ Sake. Furousen Junmai Ginjo Uehara Sake Brewery.
