... Takaragyu is a beef cow born from the crossbreeding of a Wagyu cow for the father and a dairy cow for the mother. Milk pigs are raised on milk that is squeezed daily from Takara Farm's dairy cows, and are known for their sweet fat. ◆Houtei is a butcher shop and Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant that goes beyond safety and security.
