実家家族と岡山から境港にお魚を食べに行って、今回はこちらで。
境港はどこも高レベルのお魚料理をいただけます。
こちらは島根県になりますが境港から橋を渡ってすぐです。
平日5組限定の予約がとれなくて早めにやってきてノートに名前を記入しました。
超超人気店でお店の前は順番待ちの方がいつも何人もいらっしゃいます
お店の前のメニューの看板は雑多なかんじですが、店内はきれいでお店の方もいつもかんじがいいです。
今回は刺身盛り合わせ定食を人数分と単品でノドグロの炙りのお刺身を注文しました。
めちゃめちゃ豪華な定食です。
お刺身は鯛にハマチ.カツオ.イカ.ホタテ.甘エビどれも新鮮で美味しい！
カレイの煮付けも美味しくて、天ぷらも熱々です。
貝(ホタテのひも)とひじきの炊き込みご飯もとっても美味しい。
単品で注文したノドグロの炙りですが、とても立派なノドグロできれいな盛り付けでした。
しっかり脂がのっていてとろける美味しさです。
ノドグロって秋～冬のイメージでしたが、この時期でもめちゃめちゃ美味しかったです。
定食のお料理の種類も量も多いですが、どれも美味しくて完食しました。
