松江の老舗のお寿司屋さんです。大きなお店で寛げました。料理もお寿司もアラカルト。うなぎの白焼と特上のにぎりは外せないと思います。
・刺身
かんぱちと白いか。境港の白いかは大きくて甘味がありました。
・ばい貝炙り
これだけ大きいばい貝は珍しい。半生の炙りです。
・うなぎの白焼
お店の看板料理です。パリッとして柔らかい。醤油よりも海の塩の方が好みでした。これは美味しい。
・特上のにぎり
伝統的なにぎりです。ネタが大きくて骨太な内容でした。島根の醤油は少し甘口です。気に入ったのは白いか、ベニズワイ、さざえ、うなぎでした。
・飲み物
瓶ビールとグラスの白ワインを頂きました。ワインがよく吟味されていて期待以上でした。
