やまいちで満腹にせず、寿司を軽くつまんで〆。
島根県で1番評価の高い寿司屋へ。
ここは22時と結構遅くまでやっている上に味も良く、コスパも良い。
大将の小粋なトーク、新鮮な地のモノを使ったこだわりのネタにクオリティの高いシャリ。
最近寿司ってシャリがめちゃくちゃ大事なんだなって思うようになった。
ネタが新鮮で美味しくても握りが悪いブロックみたいなシャリ、そもそもシャリ自体の味が悪い所はどんないいネタを提供しようがコスパの面でもくら寿司に劣る。
ここのシャリは大丈夫。
大将が美味しいシャリに技術でネタ乗せて握るから口の中でシャリが解ける。
これよこれ。
なのに値段はすしざんまいと変わらないときた。
島根県はどこのお店もクオリティが高いのに値段が安い。
コスパの上でも今回食べたどのお店も全部当たりだった。
名物ノドグロの炙り、芝海老の味噌醤油等、ここでしか味わえない味の数々を堪能して大満足だった。
