久々、リッチな外食です。
夏が旬の白いかのお造りと、鱧の涼風懐石(^^)
活〆のいかはコリコリの食感と、強い甘みが特徴。
耳とゲソは天ぷらにしてもらいました。
サービスとお店の雰囲気は良いです。
コースをお願いしたのですが、お食事が出てくるタイミングも、ちょうどよかったです。
ただ、味が私に合いませんでした。

この時期ののどぐろは脂ののりが素晴らしいです♪
お刺身は大トロ並みのあま〜い脂が楽しめます。
しゃぶしゃぶするとさっぱり頂けます。
松江市中心部にあるこちらのお店。豪華な店構えからお高そうな印象を受けますが、以外とリーズナブルです。写真の宍道湖七珍御膳2500円は豪華で美味しゅうございました。松江でランチならぜひこちらのお店で！
