旅行２日目のお昼は､山陰の活カニ､活いか､地魚を提供してくれる料亭にて･･･。
『 日本料理 松 江 和 ら く 』さん
工程では４０分の時間を割り当てましたが､前日に訪問時間と料理を予約し､
到着後､直ぐに食べ始められる様に､我が儘言ってお願いしちゃいました。
お席は個室を用意して頂き､本当に有難うございました！
オイラ→『 松茸御膳 ￥1.700＋税 』
松茸土鍋ご飯､松茸の土瓶蒸しは席に着いてから火を付け､
出来上がりまで約15分･･･時間の経過と共に松茸の香りが漂う。
コレに松茸茶碗蒸し､季節の小鉢料理９品。
最後は松茸ご飯に､土瓶蒸しの汁を掛け､茶漬け風にて〆。
嫁さん→『 蟹華かご膳 ￥3.200＋税 』
境港産紅ズワイガニ､かにの天麩羅､かに茶碗蒸し､
お造り､かに寿司､かにすき小鍋･･･と何とも贅沢な大人様ランチ！
あまりに多過ぎて､甲羅に入った寿司はオイラが食べる始末に･･･。
お味も勿論ですが｢目にもご馳走･･･｣な､普段には出来ない贅沢なお昼でした。
