旅行2日目のお昼は、山陰の活カニ、活いか、地魚を提供してくれる料亭にて・・・。
『 日本料理 松 江 和 ら く 』さん
工程では40分の時間を割り当てましたが、前日に訪問時間と料理を予約し、
到着後、直ぐに食べ始められる様に、我が儘言ってお願いしちゃいました。
お席は個室を用意して頂き、本当に有難うございました!
オイラ→『 松茸御膳 ¥1.700+税 』
松茸土鍋ご飯、松茸の土瓶蒸しは席に着いてから火を付け、
出来上がりまで約15分・・・時間の経過と共に松茸の香りが漂う。
コレに松茸茶碗蒸し、季節の小鉢料理9品。
最後は松茸ご飯に、土瓶蒸しの汁を掛け、茶漬け風にて〆。
嫁さん→『 蟹華かご膳 ¥3.200+税 』
境港産紅ズワイガニ、かにの天麩羅、かに茶碗蒸し、
お造り、かに寿司、かにすき小鍋・・・と何とも贅沢な大人様ランチ!
あまりに多過ぎて、甲羅に入った寿司はオイラが食べる始末に・・・。
お味も勿論ですが「目にもご馳走・・・」な、普段には出来ない贅沢なお昼でした。
