旬の松葉ガニを食べたくて、1か月前に食べログで予約して松江 和らくさんへ行きました。
半個室の４人席のゆったりした落ち着いた雰囲気です。
松葉ガニ4万円コースなので、とても期待していました。
本日のカニですっと席に持ってきて頂きました。
カニは、すでに動かなかったので、「いつ入荷されたのですか」っと聞いたところ、4〜5日前で生け簀に入れていたとの事ですが、やはり生さしから食べましたが、案の定甘さもない、旨味もないカニでした。前年に福井県で食べたカニとは、全然違っていました。せっかく期待していましたがとても残念でした。
美味しいかには、なかなかめぐり逢えないなぁ。でも、お店の雰囲気やサービスは、とても良かったです。
