松江旅行の夕食に訪問しました。
松江駅北口から徒歩2、3分のところにあります。
コース料理の松江物語の月を予約して訪問しました。
カウンターでの食事でした。オープンキッチンになっています。
お酒は、出雲富士純米吟醸、豊の秋大吟醸生原酒をそれぞれグラスでいただきました。
お料理は、宍道湖七珍の前菜、お刺身(マグロ中トロ、イカ)、どじょうの柳川、蟹甲羅焼き、スズキの奉書焼き、島根和牛の陶板焼き、鰻の土鍋ご飯、お新香、シジミの味噌汁、塩バニラアイスが出ました。
宍道湖の七珍の前菜、美味しかったです。
観光客としては食べたい料理です。もろげえびは、入手が難しいようで、手長海老でした。
どじょうの柳川は、卵の量が少なすぎました。カツ丼や親子丼のご飯の上にのっているようになるのが柳川だと思うのですが、それとは違いました。また、固形燃料での提供ですが、最後まで、玉ねぎによく火が通りませんでした。
スズキの奉書焼きは、美味しいのですが、出された時点で、冷めてしまっていました。温かければもっと美味しいのだと思います。
島根和牛の陶板焼きは、私のバカ舌には、お肉が美味しくありませんでした。また、陶板の蓋がないので、野菜によく火が通りませんでした。やはり固形燃料の料理です。
鰻の土鍋ご飯は、言われた通り、固形燃料の火が消えた後にいただきましたが、ご飯に芯が残っていました。生煮えみたいな感じです。
私のようなバカ舌があれこれ書いてしまって恐縮ではあるのですが、固形燃料を使う料理をこれだけ出す必要はないのかなと思いました。宴会料理ではないので、調理したものを出していただく方がいいです。
全体的に、残念な宴会料理みたいな印象でした。
