「のどぐろ」を肴に飲みたくて、松江市内をブラブラ。
飛び込みで入りやすそうなこちらのお店をチョイス。
外観から予想していたものとはちょっと違う店内で、
予約してないことを告げるも、直ぐに席に案内してもらえる。
メニューを確認し、さっそくお目当ての「のどぐろ」とビールを注文。
スタッフさんには煮付けを勧められたが、苦手なこともあり「焼き」でお願いした。
程なくして運ばれてきた「のどぐろ」は、焼き魚特有のいい香りをまとっている。
ホロホロに食べやすくなっている身は、噂に違わぬ色濃い味を与えてくれ、
結果、半分ほど飲み進んでいたビールが、数分間全く減らないことになりました。
（でも、ビールよりは、、、日本酒だったかな）
もちろん、これ以外にも色々と食べさせていただいたものの、自分の感情移入が
強かったせいか、「のどぐろ」以外の記憶があまり無く、申し訳ありません。
スタッフさんの対応も清々しく、印象の良かったお店です。
