After thinking about Matsue that day, I decided to visit Tsurumaru. The atmosphere of the restaurant was nice and there was a wide variety of delicious food. However, I went there for the crab, so I didn't do my research properly and couldn't find any crabs that were in season... I was only able to eat small parent crabs (which are the norm). I was told I could have eaten them if I had chosen the course, but it was a real shame. Other than the crabs, there were many stylish and delicious dishes. It's a long way away, but I'd like to go back someday for revenge.
