牛のたたき
→お値段は1000円〜。おいくらかは不明。
油っこく無くて、サッパリしていて柔らかい。
ぺろっと完食。
しじみのアヒージョ 880円
→島根ならではの一品。
しじみは小さいから食べにくいけど美味。
とり天ポン酢 680円
→大分で頂くとり天とは全然違うタイプ。
大分は天ぷらにして天つゆで頂くけど、
こちらはフライドチキンのような感じ。
このまま甘酢とタルタルがあればチキン南蛮
だなぁという感じ。
イサキの塩焼き
→800円〜。おいくらかは不明。
あっさり塩焼き。
おむすび(塩)
→250円。奥出雲の仁多米のおむすび。
塩加減が最高。めちゃくちゃおいしい。
割子そば
→880円。
しっかりした硬めのお蕎麦。
黒っぽくて栄養価が高く、おいしい。
