地のものを食べるお店へ。

割子そば
お造りにはフナが。初めて食べました。臭みがない。
しじみ蒸しはもう胃が癒される味。ニラがいいアクセント。宍道湖のしじみは大きいんですね。びっくり。
島根牛のステーキは脂たっぷりジューシー。
カマスも大きいですね。脂のりがいいけどさっぱりホクホクの身。
揚げそばがき、そばが美味しかったのでこれ絶品。行ったら是非たべてください!
〆に食べた割子そばがそば屋のそばより美味しかった!そばの香りが鼻からすーっと抜けていく。つゆをつけなくても美味しいそば。大将の奥様が打ってるそうで、聞くと奥出雲で習ったそう。だからか蕎麦湯も美味しい。
カウンターで大将と奥様とお話しながら楽しい夜になりました。
旅行先でその土地のお店のカウンターで食べる醍醐味を再認識。
