漁師蒸しは、大将が本当に漁師さんから聞いてきたレシピを再現してて、
しじみが最高に美味しいタイミングで最高に美味しい煮込み方をしてます。
その日は刺身や、鶏のセセリなどを注文しました
刺身は想定内の美味しいやつ、鶏のセセリは…結構超えてきた！鶏が新鮮でした
