松江での夜、ネットで探して予約。開店と同時に入店して1時間後にはカウンターもお座敷も地元の人で満席。地魚の刺身盛り、島根牛の叩き、オコゼの唐揚げetc.〆の出雲蕎麦は十割手打ち。思わずおかわりしましたが、数量限定なので入店すぐに取り置き頼むのが良いそう。

I'll be visiting again. Even though I only arrived a year ago, when I called to make a reservation, it was remembered and my name was called, which made me happy. The crucian carp roe on the sashimi platter is delicious. Deep-fried vegetables, salt-grilled large kamasu, etc. Finished off with kettle fried 100% soba. Compare the three types of Japanese sake recommended by the host, and thoroughly enjoy them while enjoying a glass of draft beer. I want to go again.
