出雲を出る時にネット予約して80分ほどの待ち時間でした。
・贅沢三昧
炙りトロサーモン・たこガーリックバター炙り・赤えびガーリックバター炙り
『炙り』とつけば、つい手にしてしまう。炙りの香ばしさ、脂のり加減、
ご多分に漏れず美味しい！
・えんがわ
えんがわ独特のむちっと少し弾力ある食感と程よい脂身、切り身も長～く
美味しいです。
・炙りトロサーモン
文句なしの美味しさ。切り身も厚みがあり何個でも食べたい。満足感高いお品です。
・ウニ
のってる量は海苔に囲まれた中に余白が少し目立つほどですが、
値段を考えれば仕方ない。味はクセがなくまろやかなコクがあります。
・かに味噌
カニの身の横にかに味噌がたっぷり盛ってあります。
かに味噌だけのお店もありますが、身がある方が、かに味噌のクセの強さが
半減されて、かに味噌をより美味しく味わえます。
・揚げなす
美しい艶のある容姿に惹かれてつい手に取ってしまいます。
油を吸ったなすと甘い味噌の組み合わせは、魚類とはまた違った
とろける食感。野菜だと侮るなかれ。決して魚類に引けを取りません。
子供たちはタコ、唐揚げ、冷麺、ネーブルも注文しました。
タコは生姜がのっていて、子供向けではないかと思いましたが
娘が2回注文していたので美味しかったのだと思います。
唐揚げは4個盛で満足度は高いです。
残念だったのは、『活サザエ 肝の天ぷら添え】が売り切れていたこと。
サザエも美味しいですが、アワビの肝から、魚じゃないけど
フォアグラ、鶏肝など、肝の美味しさに虜の私には、サザエの肝の
天ぷら！ とても魅惑的です。
他ではないメニューがあるのも良いですね。手頃なお値段で美味しい
お寿司が食べられます♪
