松江で仕事です。仕事関係の飲み会ではしじみ汁が出なかったので再出動。
本日のおすすめメニュー屋タブレット端末のメニューを見てもあまりそそられない。
鳥取から松江に来ても魚料理ではそんなに優劣はないから仕方ない。
お通しはヒラマサの魚しゃぶ。500円（税別）
これは追加オーダー狙いのメニューっぽい。

宍道湖産ならではの大ぶりサイズのしじみ。白濁したスープ。これを食さないと松江に来たことにならない。

このお値段だから2枚はないだろうとは思いましたが、1枚だったらもっと肉厚で新鮮ぷりぷりなアジフライであって欲しいところ。
2軒めに行ったので軽く食べただけですが、きっともっといいお店が松江のどこかにあるはずと思いました。
