今日は、島根帰省の１日目。台風を避けるように、高速バスで大阪から松江に移動してきました。

松江に来たならしじみと日本酒をと連れて来て頂きました。普段は二日酔いの自分への労りと戒めとなる蜆汁がこの日は肴です。肝臓の破壊と再生を繰り返しながら辿り着いた生酛の地酒は、私の酒道の新しい道標になりました。
