松江に居るです。
おっさん3人で飲み会です。
隣の「串カツ田中」で軽くやった後隣の此方のお店に。
「魚の焼いたの食いたいな」っと意見が一致して店名が漁火なら焼魚あるんじゃね？っと入店。
広めの店内結構な先客。
小上がりに座ってメニュー眺めます。
焼魚----ほっけしかありませんw
半身か一本選べて一本お願い。
貝のお風呂----五種類位入ってましたが良い出汁が出てて結構いけました。
チューリップ----うーんどっこで食ってもこんな感じかなぁw残念wチューリップは「境のいろは」が一番旨いかな。多分肉の拵えが違う気がする。
だし巻き卵----可もなく不可もなし。
ハイボールお代わりしてるうちにほっけ到着。
ちっちゃw150ミリサイズw
いい焼加減でお味はこんなもんだろうけどちっちゃ笑
何はともあれ良い時間でしたね。
居酒屋らしい雰囲気でゆっくり過ごせました。

境の「あじ亀」で食ってたこの倍のサイズのほっけが懐かしいです。
私の生まれは北海道ですが「ほっけがデカくて親子3人が一尾で腹一杯になった」と母親がよく言ってました。あじ亀で「ほっけ」食わしてやったら「もっと大きかった」って言ってましたがw
さて、焼魚の話ですが「家で魚焼いても美味くない」っつー話になってね笑笑
我が家ではフライパンで焼いてますから笑笑
美味しくないから私は家では焼魚食いませんのでね。
まあ作って貰ってるのにさーせん。
