仕事終わりの夕食に利用。
ホテルの近くに良さそうなお店は無いかと物色。
店構えと店内の雰囲気からこちらに決定。
メニューをみながら迷っていると、女将が気さくに声を掛けてもらえて、いろいろなお薦めを教えてもらえました。
まずは生ビール。
そして刺身3種盛りを注文。
カンパチ、イサキ、カワハギでした。
流石山陰です、お刺身が美味しい。
以下は女将のお薦めで注文。
赤てん:浜田の名産らしいです、白身魚のすり身に唐辛子を練り込んだもので衣が付いてサックと揚がってます。
それほど辛くなく淡白な味付けで美味しかったです。
モロゲエビ:宍道湖で捕れるエビで、正式名称はヨシエビというようです。
素揚げでいただきました、お酒のつまみにピッタリでした。
日本酒も美味しくいただき、お値段、お味共に満足が出来るお店でした。
また松江に来た時は是非利用したいお店です。
