平日の19時半頃、伺いました。
まだ時間が早いのか先客の方お一人。
初の島根ソロ旅だったので、日本酒と赤天、モロゲエビ、しじみ汁と全て郷土料理一覧から全て注文。
先付けはつぶ貝、さつま芋の甘煮？ 他1品の3種類。
冷酒がくるなり、赤天とモロゲエビと次から次へとでてきます。
赤天はピリ辛のすり身揚げで日本酒に良く合っておいし。
モロゲエビとはどんな物？と思ったら小ぶりの海老の素揚げでカリカリに揚がっていてこちらも美味しい。
しじみ汁も身がしっかりしていて、疲れた体に沁みます。
この日は大女将が1人、カウンターのバイトさん2人を後ろで優しく見守りながらお客さんと程よくお話されていて何ともあったかい雰囲気のお店。
地元のお客さんも皆さん、楽しい方ばかりでとても居心地よく美味しく島根の夜を満喫できました。
また島根に行った際には、伺いたいです。
