県外からのお客様を案内して、夜の東本町に向かいました。松江市東本町と言えば、観光地、水の都松江の食を支える飲食店が軒先を連ねる場所です。
中でも、日本料理、和食の店が多く、凌ぎをけずる激戦区。その中の人気店、季節料理湖粋さんへ入店。
入口入り右側の階段を上がると2階の個室、二番目のドアを開けると右側にカウンター席があり、そのまま奥に進んで行くと堀川の夜景を眺めながら食事ごたのしめる個室があります。
本日は、予約して

・しじみ汁 ４００円
を頼んでみました。

メイチダイの刺身、穴子の天ぷら、猪肉、 薩摩芋、野菜の和え物、パンに海老を挟んだもの等
・お刺身の盛り合わせ

料理の名前がしっかりと覚えられなくて申し訳ありません。どの料理も見栄え、味良く、美味しくいただけました。この時期の食材を使われていることがよくわかります。
お連れしたお客様も大変喜んで頂けました。
