ここのお店では

主人はエクストラゴールドと私はジンジャエールで
お通しのなすびが味がしゅんで美味しい！
夏の日本海側に行くと時々見かける白いか(剣先イカ)のお刺身
でも、ココ最近はかなり高騰して
結構いいお値段になってるそうです。
それもあり
食べたことがなかったのですが、
途中で寄った道の駅でも1杯890円だったのでめっちゃお得かも！と
イカのお刺身ってねっとりとした食感が
ちょっと苦手だったのですが、
それが全くなく
もうコリコリ、ピチピチとして
とっても美味しく透き通ったイカは正しく
色白美人(´•͈ω•͈⑅)
肉巻き串も
豚バラ肉と野菜の組み合わせが、
美味しくネギとしいたけ、トマトが最高でした。
刺身盛り合わせもどれもとっても美味しかったです。
私たちが入店してから、
予約のお客さんや観光の方などひっきりなしに入店されておりました。
オープンと同時で大正解！
接客もお料理もとっても良かったです。
ジンジャエールにしたけど
せっかくなら死神って言う日本酒があったのでそれでも良かったかなぁと
ちょっと後悔(￣▽￣;)しました。
