２回目の訪問です！
松江駅近くのビジネスホテルから利便性の
良い山陰名物がある居酒屋さんを探し、やっぱり
選んだのは、こちら。ハズレのない安心感が
あるので。
サーモン、イクラ乗せのお寿司、
やはり美味しい！
これが一番好きかもです！境港サーモンなの
かなぁ。
お刺身は、のどぐろの刺身を食べたかった
ですが残念。なかったです。
のどぐろの塩焼、一緒に行った人が来た瞬間、
えっ、小さい！と言っていました。
２匹でなく、大きなの一匹が良かったみたいです。
そんなメニューあったかな？
その人も、赤てんは、大満足していました。
前日にスーパーで買って食べたものとはまるで
違い、赤てんてこんなに美味しいんだねと
言っていました。
豆腐は名物と書いてあったけど、
これは普通な感じです。しじみの酒蒸しとか
あったらいいね！と話していました。
島根のしじみは、大きくてふっくらなんで。
山陰らしいメニューが、もっとあればもっと
もっと良いなぁ～と思いました。
