先日は島根県へ。
松江駅近くのホテルに泊まったので
ホテル近隣で食事を探すことに。
日本海沿いだから魚が美味しいのでは
という安易な発想で
1番近くで見つけたお店が
炉端かば 松江駅前店
というお店。
炉端なんですが
生魚とかもたくさんあって
島根料理もたくさんありそうな
雰囲気です。
最初に目が入ったのが
生牡蠣。
広島とかでも牡蠣が
美味しいしなと思い
オーダー。
すでに発想が日本海じゃ
ないですが笑
一つの甲羅に２つ入ってました。
身も大きいのですが
これで確か800円くらいだったような。
激安です！
そして鳥一匹焼き
みたいな名前のものがあったので
オーダー。
炭火で焼かれた鳥の足みたいなのが
出て来ました。
これまたプリプリで美味。
これも800円くらいだった
気がします。
激安です！
最後に街中を歩いていても
しじみラーメン
というのがよく
目に飛び込んできたので
島根県名物なのかな？
と思いオーダーしてみました。
かなりダシが効いてる味で
めちゃめちゃ美味しいですね！
締めに最高！
これも600円くらいだった
気がします。
めちゃめちゃ安いですね！
牡蠣はともかく
鳥の焼き方的にも
しじみラーメンも
ご当地グルメなんでしょうね。
とても堪能させていただきました。
