出雲駅前の飲食店街でひときわ人の出入りが多い
呉竹鮨さん。
予約しようと電話しましたがすでに満席（汗）
幸いにもカウンターは予約を取らないで
到着のタイミングで空いていたら座れる、というシステム。
開店と同時にうかがいました。
以下おまかせで握っていただきました。
ヒラマサ、サッパリ味でスタート。
アマダイ、ネットリが舌に旨味を残します♪
アジ、青魚独特の甘味と脂。
その後はヒラメ、アオリイカ、ズワイガニ、
ノドグロの炙りは香ばしくて甘味もあって美味！
お酒はいただいていましたが
ツマミをオーダーせずに握ってもらってたせいなのか
スピードが速い！
寿司はファストフード、とは聞いたことがありましたが
食事は落ち着いてできる方が好みです。
ちなみにカニをいただきたかったのですが
完全予約制だそうです。
島根県は隣県ほどメジャーではないのかな。。
とはいえ人気店には変わりなく、
予約はお早めに、
予約できなかったら早めのお出かけがおススメです。
