出雲に赴任して6ヶ月。
回らないお寿司屋さんも6件目。
今回は、出雲市で評判の呉竹鮨さんに(^^)
事前にコース料理を予約して。
出雲のお寿司屋さんには、「おまかせ」って無いんですね。
お店に入ると、大きなカウンターがありましたが、2階に案内され、2階にもカウンターが。
ここかと思いましたが、個室のお座敷ですた(^^;
コース料理は１つしかなく、おつまみ的なイカの塩辛、南蛮漬け、イカの酢味噌和えに、刺身の盛合せでスタート(^^)
飲物は生ビールで。
お寿司屋さんとあって、刺身（鰤、ホウボウ、甘海老に、鰆のたたき）は、美味しいですね(^o^)
続いて、天婦羅、メロの照焼、茶碗蒸しと。
どれも納得の美味しさで。
握りが6貫（烏賊、赤身、鯵、玉子、海老、イクラ）に、魚のお澄ましで終了｡
日本酒も一人2合呑んで、お腹も満足で。
今度は、適当にお摘みもらって、楽しんでみましょう(*^^*)
