JR出雲駅から徒歩6分
地元民に愛される寿司屋さん
17時オープン、18時に予約して伺ったが、カウンターには常連らしき方々で半分以上席が埋まっていて、予約して良かった
✅にぎり盛り合わせ3000円くらい
メニュー見るとにぎり盛り合わせがお得みたい
私はちょうど真ん中あたりのをチョイス
まずは瓶ビールで喉を潤す
程なく握りがやってきた
鰤、まぐろ中トロ、アジ、鰈、むし海老、烏賊
いくら、雲丹軍監巻き、穴子、卵
カウンター寿司って難しい
出てきたら食べる、空くとまた次が出てくる
ここは椀子そばのように、凄いスピードで
そして直に食べないといけないような緊張感が
全10貫
時間にして10分くらい
お鮨はちゃんとお仕事してなかなかなお味だったけどゆっくり味わえず、少し残念
カウンター寿司って握りてと客の相性と、コミュニケーションが必要と改めて思った日
