出雲の国は、今回が生まれて初めての訪問です。
早速「いの一番」に、「出雲大社」大国様にご挨拶し、
その後、日御崎で荘厳な夕日を眺めることが出来ました。
今日はついています♪
それにしても、出雲の国とは良く言ったもので、
雲は、（背の低い）周囲の里山より更に低く、
街を360度、横細長い雲で包んでいます。
そして、あくまでも「ついで」なのですが、（実は本命裏ゴール？）
お目当ての「のどぐろ」を頂くため、
こちら「いわなり」さんを、訪問しました。
お店の外観・内装は、地方都市なら、どこにでもありそうな、
ありふれた雰囲気です。カウンター6席、座敷8席。（奥に大座敷があります）
ところが・・・、実際は「もの凄い、感動的な」お店でした。
「const」さま、レビューの記載、本当にありがとうございます。
いやはや、出てくるもの、出てくるもの、ぜーんぶ美味しい。
50歳程のご主人は、地元の魚を知り尽くしている感じです。
煮付けたぶ厚い「のどぐろ」は、30センチ超。もちろん、味は史上最強！
島根名物「鯛」のそぼろ汁も、また verry good !
先付けの「藤壺」は、いい味出しています。
そして、圧巻は「のどぐろのにぎり」。うーん、生きてて良かった。出雲最高！！
お腹がハチキレそうになりながら、やっとの思いで、
ホテルに帰りました。
大国様は、美味しい食べ物とも、縁を結んで下さった様です。拝。
