My last night in Shimane Prefecture! On my last night in Shimane Prefecture, I went to Sushi Restaurant Iwanari with my client and his wife. It had been a year since I last visited, but the chef remembered me and we enjoyed a variety of delicious dishes. Tonight's recommendation: Nodoguro with grated daikon radish and ponzu sauce. A 35cm Nodoguro (red seabass), which isn't very common locally, was grilled and topped with grated daikon radish and homemade ponzu sauce. I've eaten a lot of fish myself, but this is provisionally my number one most delicious dish so far! We also had the liver and eggs of the Nodoguro. It just went down well with the sake (lol). We finished off with some Nodoguro and turban nigiri sushi and thoroughly enjoyed our last dinner in Shimane Prefecture. (^-^)
