炉端焼きかばです。 : Robata Kaba

This is from early May. At that time, emergency measures were still in place, and especially for Izakaya (Japanese-style bar), the closing time was earlier, and the menu was only half of what it usually is. There were many takeaway items such as chicken chicken dish, Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers), and gyoza, and the items I usually order were only half as many (T_T) It was a little difficult to choose❗ It seems that the opening hours are now a little longer. What I had then was ~ *Appetizer ~ Boiled fish *Caesar salad *Chanja *Fried octopus *Grilled green onion mayonnaise char siu *Gyoza *Salted cabbage *Spring cabbage meatballs *Fried chicken *Omelette *Flavored fried rice *Double Ice cream. Of these, the spring cabbage meatballs I had for the first time were delicious. The salted cabbage had a strong sesame oil flavor, but the spicy miso cabbage I always order was more filling and tasted much better. The gyoza was quite juicy for an Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) and was quite good! I hope that the emergency measures will finally be lifted and the menu will be back to normal the next time I go. I went there in early April. Now the effects of the coronavirus have reached Shimane Prefecture and the restaurant is closed (T_T). It seems that many restaurants in Shimane are closed as well. Here are the things I ordered at that time, in the order I ate them. I'll start from the beginning. *Appetizer *Caesar salad *Chinja cream cheese *Kimchi *Fried licked puffer fish and sticky yam Natural puffer fish from Sakaiminato, sticky yam, and Chinese yam are sweet and rich. *Salted yukke with green onions *Fried octopus *Grilled salted shrimp Great value *Potatoes grilled with mentaiko mayonnaise *Spicy miso cabbage *Fried chicken *Omelette *Grilled salmon chazuke * Ice cream, strawberry flavor *Free - 6 slices of assorted sashimi❗ There is a regular assorted sashimi platter (^-^)/Great free service. Bonito, striped horse mackerel, flounder, and among them, the striped horse mackerel from Sakaiminato was incredibly delicious ＼(^-^)／＼(^-^)／ Today, the fried licked pufferfish, sticky fish, salt-grilled shrimp, and complimentary sashimi platter were especially delicious. I hope all restaurants can make it through these times. It was a feast.

This is Robata Kaba at the Izumo store. Even though I come to eat fresh fish delivered straight from the port, I always end up ordering the same thing (((^^;) Today I had the ala carte menu - Caesar salad, fried octopus, kimchi, shrimp and rape blossom tempura, potatoes grilled with mentaiko and mayonnaise, green onion and salt yukhoe, salt-grilled shrimp, spicy miso cabbage, kimchi fried rice, and a complimentary side dish -Simmered dish radish and chicken wings with double Ice cream. The salt-grilled shrimp was really delicious \(^-^)/ Don't you think 180 yen for two shrimp is a good deal? The shrimp legs were crispy and fragrant, and I almost ate it all up to the head❗ The saltiness was just right and it was super delicious. The tempura was extra large ((((゜゜;) The rape blossoms are perfect for spring. They were so big they didn't get soaked in the soup❗ I've become good friends with the energetic staff and enjoy talking to them. It's a cozy, spacious restaurant. I'll come again next month. Thank you for the meal☺️

Speaking of Sanin Seafood Izakaya (Japanese-style bar), it's Kaba☺️ I've been to almost all Kaba restaurants outside of Tokyo, but the authentic Izumo store is the best. First of all, it's open late - until 3pm, there's a parking lot along Route 9, which is convenient, and above all, you can eat authentic Sanin Seafood, there are menus exclusive to this restaurant, and even if it's not on the menu, they'll make it for you if you ask. Today, as sleet was falling, I entered the restaurant and was greeted by a cheerful and lively staff member. Today's meal was ~ *Dashi dashi ~ Rolled egg with dashi It's a hot dish, but it was already there, so it was a shame that it was cold. *Kimchi *Caesar salad *Potato grilled with mentaiko mayonnaise *Tako karaage *Kaba no ashiato (half) Even the (half) was quite a lot, and the tartar sauce was very delicious. *Shiitake and shrimp Ajillo, with baguette Since it's shiitake mushrooms from Okuizumo, it's very large and filling. *Spicy miso cabbage Since it's raw cabbage, it felt like there was quite a lot of it. The spicy miso is a special dish and is very delicious. This is a limited menu item at this restaurant❗ *Fried chicken *Omelette *Shop service~ Simmered dish chicken chicken dish and konjac. The chicken broth was delicious. *Fragrant fried rice *Double ice cream~Matcha, Mont Blanc There were a lot of hippopotamus paws and raw cabbage, which made me feel heavy on the stomach❗When it was cold, I wanted chawanmushi, but it seems they don't make it now. I hope it comes back. It was delicious and I left satisfied.

Once a month Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) series, Robatayaki Kaba ❗ There are many Kaba restaurant, but I want to come to Izumo because it is called Sanin Seafood. ☺️ The menu changes seasonally, and they sometimes make something that was on the menu before and is not on the menu now, if you ask. It is conveniently located along Route 9 and has a parking lot. There are many items that are only available at Izumo branch, so you can't miss today's recommendation ❗ But I always order only my favorite dishes (((^^;))). Today's dishes were: Dashi - U no hana (dehydrated soybean sprouts), Tebasan (male wing), Caesar salad, kimuchi, spicy miso cabbage, shiitake mushroom and shrimp Ajillo, and roasted green onion chashu pork. Hormone stew, tsukumi-tsukune, potatoes with cod roe and mayonnaise, fried chicken omelette, kimchi fried rice, service from the manager - 4 nigiri of yellowtail tuna, a great service from the manager: ‼️ The spicy miso cabbage, which I ordered for the first time, was also delicious with miso paste. The kimchi was also specially made and delicious. We had a lot of food again ❗ The staff was full of cheerful smiles and pleasant, the food was delicious, and we left with a full stomach. 海鮮居酒屋でお料理が美味しいより先に店員さんの明るさが、さぁ❗食べるぞ〜っと言う気になります。

鮭茶漬けには、ゴマ塩キュウリの塩昆布と同じものが入っていました。
今日も沢山頂きました❗
美味しかったし､元気も貰って帰りました。
又来ます。

明るい､元気、お料理が新鮮が売りの炉端焼きかばです。
とにかく接客がスタッフの方が笑顔で親切で元気があるので、何回来ても気持ちがいいです❗
勿論、地元の海鮮が新鮮でメニューが豊富。
季節毎に変わるので、新しくなるのが楽しみです。

品数は多いですが野菜を使った物が多いのと、一つのお料理が少な目なので、これだけ沢山頂きました(^-^)/
お値段も財布に優しい価格です☺️

新鮮な魚と地元のものが美味しく食べられる店です。
値段もお手頃、味も工夫してあります。
店員さんが何と言っても元気で親切です。
メニューは年に4回位入れ換えて飽きさせないようにしてあります。

山陰で出雲の炉端焼きと言えば此処の海鮮は美味しいです。

やはりイサキの刺身やアブラカレイの唐揚げは魚の味がとてもいい脂が乗ってて美味しいです。
突き出しの煮付けは山陰の濃い味です。
何回も来ているので店長からサービスの鳥手羽唐揚げ頂きました(((^^;)
山陰に来られた時には美味しいお魚食べて帰って下さい❗
もちろんノドグロもありますよ

もうすっかり常連になってしまいました❗
食べ放題のコースや、レディースdayもありますが、アラカルトメニューの多さは判半端無いくらい多いです❗
地元ならではのノドグロ、白イカ、赤天、そして新鮮なお刺身沢山。
やはり港直送のお刺身は値打ちありますね。
甘鯛、サワラ等々。その中でシマアジのお刺身をチョイス。
脂が載っていて新鮮でトロっとした食感が美味しかったです。
後はじゃがいも明太子マヨ焼き。明太子マヨが芳ばしく焼かれており、ホクホク〜❗
ライチのシャーベットもライチがライチ感満々で爽やかで〆に最高でした。
そしてこの店のいい所は、元気が一番‼️店員さんに活気があるところです☺️
国道9号線沿いにあり、車でも便利です。

カウンター8席、個室172席の広々とした店内。
迷路のようで迷ってしまいます。
夜中3時迄しているので、遅くに、二次会と便利です。
島根、鳥取、東京に12店舗あります。
港直送の新鮮なお魚が売りの店。季節の味が並んでいます。
本日のお薦めは桜鯛、鰤、サワラのたたき、平目、サヨリ、どろエビです。

鰤は程良い脂の乗りで、新鮮でイチオシだけありました。美味しかった。
馬ユッケは3種類あり、新鮮です。
鳥唐揚げは炉端焼きの唐揚げにしては本格的。
お口直しのアイスクリームはティラミス味と抹茶味です。
山陰へお越しの際には寄って見ては如何ですか？

メニューの多さと手頃な値段で、何時も来てしまう店です。
魚が新鮮なのは当たり前ですがちょっと凝った焼き鳥や、地産地消の名物も沢山です。
奥出雲の巨大椎茸の鍋料理とかアヒージョなんてのもあります。

シンプルな味付けで、変にニンニク効かせ過ぎ無くて美味しかったです❗

これ２つ共焼き鳥の所に載っているのです。
アボカド、エビ、マヨネーズが一体となると美味しいですよ◎
ただ焼くのに時間がかかりました。

柚子が優しい風味です。

しかし今日も二人でよく食べました❗
私はアボカドエビマヨ串と鳥の唐揚げ、ポテトチーズが美味しかったです。
又此処は個室なので、ゆっくりとくつろげるのでリピしますね。

連休明けというのに、結構混んでおりました。
いつも賑やかな、活気のある店内です。
店員さんの「よっ！」っと言う掛け声につられた訳では無いですが、二人で頼みに頼みました。

広島産の大ぶりな牡蠣です。
少し味は濃いめでした。

新鮮そのもの、程よい脂のノリで美味しかったです。

奥出雲産の雲太のしいたけ。
プリプリ食感。

以上、二人でこれだけ食べるかぁ❗っと言うほど頂きました。
サービスで鰤のたたきの握りを頂きました。
連れが二個とも食べてしまったので私は味は解りませんが、満足そうな顔から美味しさは伝わって来ました。
やはり此処は新鮮な魚が売りですね❗
前に来た時とは少しメニューが変わっていたので季節毎に新しくなるのですね。
又リピします。

シーザーサラダのベーコンは巨大な固まり故ナイフ付き。
らっきょうはやはり鳥取が格別‼️

かばチキンはお店の名前から〜ピリ辛でジューシー。
とにかくメニューが多くて❗
二人でこんなに頼んでしまいました。
美味しかったです。

出雲では有名な海鮮居酒屋です。店名の通り海鮮の種類の多くて刺身一夜干し煮付け唐揚げフライと調理法も豊富です。港から直送なのでとにかく新鮮です。魚以外にもメニューが多く馬肉やかば自慢のかばチキンは超特大島根名物の赤天やサラダ、コロッケ、野菜炒め、アヒージョアボカド海老串等々挙げればきりが無いです。個室が多く落ち着いて食べられます。お店の店員さんが親切でその日のお薦めを教えて下さいます。〆もチャーハンやカツ丼ラーメンカレー蕎麦等々デザートも沢山あります。量もたっぷりあるので何人かで行ってシェアして色々試すといいと思います。
