以前は大手チェーン店『大吉』
改装され店名も変わっていたので訪問

私は以前、松江にあるお店によく行ってて、そこの味が好きだったのですが
出雲に来て、駅前の方のお店に行ってちょっとガッカリ。

鳥好きのマスターが東京で試行錯誤の上で出来上がったメニューは、数こそ少ないが、美味い。
やはり、私は塩がオススメ。シンプルな味は誤魔化しが効かないから...
