出雲には何度も出張に来ているが、いつもは地元の知人の紹介などで駅より少し離れた料亭などを利用していた。今回は身内だけで駅周辺をブラブラしていて、たまたま目について入店。きさくでサッパリした感じのご夫婦でやっている店だが、メニューも壁にかけてあるだけ。まず、おまかせの刺身を注文したが、自分は好物のヤガラは、仲間ははじめて食べたようだがやみつきに。醤油の影響もあるが適度な甘味とサッパリ感の中にコクもある絶品。都会ではなかなか食べられない逸品。アオリイカは、あっという間になくなるほどの人気。口に入れるとふわっとなくなるような柔らかさでこれも甘味がある素晴らしい味。アマダイのから揚げは骨まで食べられる。 しかし、なんといっても最高なのはノドグロ。焼くのに時間がかかるが待つかいがあるだけの味。脂ののり具合、うまみのかたまりのような身、大食漢の同僚も大満足。最後は残った皮と骨を吸い物に。これがまた絶品。ケチなので2回つくってもらったが、2回目でも風味は十分出ている。たしか東京でノドグロダシのラーメンを1万円以上で出していた店があったが、この味なら当然か。 値段はそこそこするが、おそらく都会で同じものを食べたら何倍もするだろう！早めの来店だったが帰るころには満員！それも当然のこと！！出雲出張時の定番店に！！
