山陰の美味しい魚介が食べたくて、
地魚がおいしいと評判のこちらを予約して伺いました。
お通しに煮貝をいただき、
女将さんに肝をとっていただいたりしながら
まずは今日の魚の仕入れを聞いて。
まずは、鯵のたたき。
山陰の甘いお醤油とピリッと辛い生姜たっぷりでいただきます。
続いて、平政のお刺身。
魚はその日に一本釣りしたもので、
新鮮なのに旨味を感じる。
大将いわく、血抜きが重要らしい。
お刺身を食べている間に甘鯛を塩焼きにしてもらう。
この甘鯛が本当に絶品だった。
そして黄鯛の唐揚げも。
小さめのをまるごと唐揚げにしていただき
皮はパリパリ、身はほくほくふっくらで、
骨やヒレも夢中でバリバリいただいた。
あとにはほぼ何も残らず。
シメにはさっきの真鯛のお頭とヒレでお吸い物。
大将と女将さんの距離感もすごくよくて。
すてきな夜を過ごさせていただきました。
