ホテルの方から教えていただいて、お電話で予約をして訪問。
予約の際にのどぐろを食べたいとお願いしました。
カウンター10席ほどで、先にいらしてたお客さんとお話ししたり、可愛い大将と女将さんのやり取りが夫婦漫才みたいで楽しかったです。
つきだしは明太子とイカを和えたもの。
イカのお刺身も甘い刺身醤油と生姜でさっぱり。
オススメの穴子いっぱいの茶碗蒸し。
下から混ぜてと言われて混ぜまぜ。
熱々で美味しかった！
そしてお願いしていたのどぐろの塩焼き。
大きめののどぐろを用意していただき感謝！
皮目パリッと、中身フワッと、脂ものってて、本当に美味しかったー！！！
あとは天使の海老の塩焼きも丸ごといただきました。
最後の〆は塩焼きした後ののどぐろの骨をつかったお吸い物。
もう1品と考えたけど、ホテルでお福分けのしじみラーメンを食べたかったのでコチラで打ち止め。
やっぱりお魚は塩焼きが1番♡と思った夜でした。
