ノドグロの塩焼きが食べたくて、事前に予約して行ってきました(^^)
運悪く、6月から9月まではノドグロが入荷しないと(>_<)
でも、冷凍のノドグロがあると言うことで。
600gのノドグロを塩焼きに。
ノドグロが焼き上がるまで、お通しと鯵のたたきでビールを(^_^)
鯵のたたきも美味しくて、甘い刺身醤油は生姜との相性がバッチリ。
焼き上がったノドグロは、脂がサイコーにのっていて、塩梅もGood(^o^)
二人でペロリと。
残った頭、骨、身はお澄ましに。
もう少し食べれそうだったので、甘鯛を揚げ物に。
これは表面がパリパリで、中はしっとり。
甘鯛も美味しかったです(^o^)
今度はノドグロが水揚げされる時期に行ってきま～す(*^^*)
