出雲大社へ参拝の後､夕食をいただきにこちらへ
予約の際にノドグロが有ればお願いしておきました。
訪問時は運良く獲れたので480gのノドグロを塩焼きにしてもらいアオリイカと赤ナマコを注文です。
ノドグロが焼き上がるまで少し時間がかかるのでビールと日本酒で待ちます。
普段から魚は綺麗に食べる方なので頭から尻尾までいただきます。ヒレもパリパリで日本酒に合います。
最後に残った骨で吸い物にして貰えます。綺麗に食べてしまったのであまりエキスが出て来ません•••
それでも最後まで味わえて美味かったー
メニューは無く木札に書かれていて値段は書いてません。
ノドグロは時価なので大将に相談されると良いでしょう♪
