素晴らしい技術に唸ります。海鼠を混ぜ混ぜして豪快にいただき、イカの刺身は写真撮り忘れるくらい見た目から入り、甘くてもっちりして美味かった。カレイの唐揚げは骨を齧った時に気がついて撮影。魚の種類や地元の海の様子を熟知し、「地魚料理」の看板も納得です。次は海が荒れていないのを見計らって行かねば！ご夫婦の温かいおもてなしをいただき、ありがとうございました。
