出雲市の久鶴さんに伺いました。
地元の方に地の魚を食べたいとリクエストしたら、ここへ連れていってもらいました。
メニューは少なく、その日に仕入れた魚を中心に提供してくれます。
ここに来たら皆さん必ず食べるのがのどぐろの塩焼きです。700gほどあるのどぐろを丸っと焼いてくれます。とても美味しく１人１匹ずつ軽く平らげられます。なかなかこのクオリティーの塩焼きは食べられないですね。
その他、この日は、飛魚、鯵のお刺身、つまみでなまこをいただきました。
