老舗のお土産和菓子

頂き物シリーズ・・・

娘婿のお土産。

出雲から帰ったときにお土産ですと持って来てくれた和菓子の詰め合わせ。

すこしHPで調べてみたら、出雲で有名な和菓子店。お店自体は創業1874年と言うから140年ほどは経っている老舗の様子。

箱を開けて中身を見てみると「松江紀行＠1,188」と名付けられた銘菓の詰め合わせ。

和菓子は「春秋「が3個、「伯耆坊」が2個、「若草」が3個入っていた。

早速写真を解て食べて見た。

「春秋」・・・小豆とゆずを寒天で固めゼリーにした物。スッキリした味わい。

「伯耆坊」・・・求肥の中に粒あんを入れた物。ふんわりとした求肥。つぶ餡は上質。
