出雲市駅近くのホテルに一泊したとき、周りをうろうろしたら、「重慶火鍋」というオシャレな店を発見！
入ってみたら、40代の元気な店主と優しい奥さん二人がやっています。メニューを拝見したら手頃な値段。
店主は火鍋好きで、2年間中国の四川や重慶で火鍋を勉強して帰国し、そして味を改良して、日本人でも食べれる体に優しい鍋にしたと聞きました。
食べ方はスープ（赤か白か両方）を選ぶ →薬味とタレを自分で作る →野菜やお肉を選ぶ の感じでした。
一人だったので軽く食べたが、二人でいっぱい食べても一人3000円ぐらいかな～大変おススメの体に優しい中華火鍋です！
