The base material for Hot pot is our original, carefully made using Chinese herbs and herbal medicines. The base soup is made by slowly simmering chicken momiji (chicken paws) and aromatic vegetables to create a deep, umami flavor. Spicy Beninabe is offered at a level of spiciness that is easy for customers to eat. You can make your own original sauce and enjoy it deliciously at the "sauce corner" provided at each seat. Enjoy authentic Hot pot with carefully selected ingredients that will warm your heart and body.

The course that adds popular a la carte dishes to Hot pot has been renewed! ``Mapo tofu'', ``Drool Chicken'', ``Soup Gyoza / Dumpling'', and dessert are available for 3,300 yen per person. Mapo tofu is made with chili peppers that are not only spicy but also delicious, making it a specialty that has many repeat customers. Our handmade dim Dim sum is a proud dish that we hope you enjoy with your hotpot. We have prepared dim Xiaolongbao" overflowing with meat juice, "handmade Chinese dumpling" made with special kneading to make them fluffy, and "boiled Gyoza / Dumpling" with the Dim sum of pickled ginger that will whet your appetite. We also recommend taking a break with something sweet, such as "sesame balls." Please order according to your preference.

The owner was originally a chef specializing in Japanese-style meal, but he became fascinated by the depth of Hot pot in Sichuan, China, and opened the restaurant in 2017 to convey the authentic taste. The ``Sauce Corner'' is also one of our ideas for making the authentic taste even more delicious and enjoyable. The restaurant is run by a husband and wife team, so it has a calm atmosphere.
