肉質日本一に選ばれた藤増牧場の直営店です。
しまね和牛はブランド牛の中ではマイナーだと思いますが、食べれば納得のクオリティです。
しかも安い！
東京や大阪で食べるより、2〜3割は安い感覚...
出雲では有名らしく、予約して行きました。
焼肉と鉄板焼きがあるらしいが、今回は焼肉で。
色々頼みましたが、特に鳥が美味しかった。
