出雲大社に行くバスの待ち時間に出雲
そばをいただくことにしました。
見回せば何軒か選択肢はありましたが
改札口を出て一番目についたお店に入り
ました。
出雲もそばは黒っぽく汁をかけて食べる
のが特徴だそうです。
汁が甘く違和感を感じましたが、これも
地域性と言うことでいただいて来ました。
