回転寿司といっても、回ってない。
タッチパネルで注文して、丁寧に職人から皿で供される。
初めて来た浜田で、特産の魚を食べたかった。
気軽に行けそうで、評価の高いこちらへ。
期待以上に美味く、雰囲気も良いお店でした。
なめたかれい、ノドグロ、ほうぼう、ばとう、まさば、、、あまり食べたことのない魚が多い。
いずれも回転寿司とは思えない、しっとりとしたネタ。
好物のえんがわの炙り、違いがはっきりわかる。厚みも旨味も全く違う。
浜田の魚、印象に残った。
