This shop is near JR Hamada Station! Although the restaurant itself is a chain restaurant, it seems that they also have a menu made with local ingredients! On this day, we ordered beef Sukiyaki, Sushi, crab fried rice, and more! The beef Sukiyaki comes from Matsunaga Farm, one of Japan's leading livestock corporations located in Masuda City, Shimane Prefecture! If you want to eat seriously, I recommend Chiru Chirumichiru from Masuda City, which I introduced the other day, but here I feel like it's lighter and easier to eat, both in terms of price and volume! As for Sushi, there are things unique to Hamada, such as water flounder and sesame puffer fish!
